Frequently asked questions.

Let us help answer the most common questions you might have.

Will my users know that I'm using Zenlogin?

For all free accounts, we include a small "Powered by Zenlogin" link at the bottom of all emails sent. You can easily remove this on any of our paid plans.

Is there a money back guarantee?

Yup! We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're at all unhappy with Zenlogin 14 days after your first purchase, we'll happily refund your payment...and even stay friends!

Does the free trial require a credit card up front?

Nope! Every paid plan also comes with a 30 day free trial with no credit card required up front.

I already have Two-factor Authentication enabled. Do I need this?

First of all, the fact that you have 2FA already enabled makes us happy :) But we still (naturally) recommend login email notifications. While 2FA is a powerful deterrent, it has it's limitations, and keeping a record of login activity is helpful for assuring your users how, when and from where their account has been accessed.

Does it work with Ruby? PHP? Node?

Yes! Zenlogin is super easy to implement across all major server-side languages. Learn more about integrating Zenlogin.

Does Zenlogin store Personally Identifiable Information (PII) about my users or customers?

By default, we don't directly store any information about your users. We use Postmark for facilitating suspicious login emails and they will store a record of your user's email address for 45 days. They are extremely secure and GDPR compliant. If you haven't heard of Postmark, they've been around for over a decade and are used by major brands like IKEA, Asana, Moz, 1Password, just to name a few! Learn more about how we use Postmark.

Can I control how often my users get emailed?

You sure can! We offer 3 levels of security that will control when suspicious login emails get sent to your users. Learn more about login detection.
