This page will briefly outline our Account Approval Process.
Most accounts will automatically be approved when they sign up to Zenlogin. Some accounts may require manual verification. This is done to ensure high deliverability of Login Email Notifications.
If you receive an email after signing up that your account requires additional verification, please reach out to us directly so we can work with you to verify your website and product.
We normally manually verify new accounts within 12 hours, however reaching out to us can help speed that process up.
If you signed up to Zenlogin and were notified that your account requires manual verification, you can still integrate Zenlogin and test it using the email address you signed up with.
We recommend you test the integration in your local, development or staging environments and make sure everything is working as desired. That way once your account is verified, you should be able to move the integration into your production environment quickly and fully tested.
